Since 1965, New England Miniature Ball has specialized in the manufacture of precision balls, ranging from Grade 3 to Grade 500. We have exceeded customer expectations across a wide variety of applications with virtually every machinable material with second to none quality. To meet the requirements of many industries like automotive and electrical, as well as different applications, NEMB manufactures balls from a wide variety of metals. While chrome and stainless steel are the most common metals used we have vast experience manufacturing tungsten carbide balls, titanium balls, gold balls, copper balls, and brass balls to meet other demanding applications when necessary. NEMB prides itself on its precision miniature ball production process. We accurately meet our clients’ needs for grade, material and quality on every level. Shanghai NEMB (SNEMB):

To meet increasing demand from our global customers, NEMB operates a wholly owned subsidiary, SNEMB, near Shanghai, China. SNEMB supplements our Connecticut factory by providing high volume capabilities and a geographically strategic location. SNEMB operates in a modern manufacturing facility of approximately 25,000 square feet, set up to facilitate high volume, efficient processing of precision balls in a broad range of materials. Managed by local staff and overseen by the U.S. parent company, SNEMB offers highly competitive pricing for non-DFARS requirements while being operated under the auspices of U.S. quality and management systems.
